Who you'll be dealing with
Matthew runs every Shaw Build job personally, from the first site visit to the final walkthrough. Seven years on Sydney decks means he knows how timber behaves by the coast. He's the person you'll call, meet on site and sign off with.
Before you book
How long will my project take?
Most residential decks are built within one to three weeks once materials are on site. Your quote confirms the timeframe.
Can changes be made during construction?
Yes. Changes are discussed on site, priced in writing and approved by you before any work goes ahead.
How are payments structured?
A deposit secures your start date, followed by progress payments at agreed stages and a final payment on completion.
Who will I talk to during the project?
Matthew Shaw, directly. The person who quotes your job is the person who builds it and answers your calls.
What happens if there are delays?
You'll hear from us the same day with the cause and a revised plan. Weather delays are rescheduled at no extra cost.
